About Me
I create the conditions where clarity emerges and courageous action becomes possible.
My work sits at the intersection of inner awareness and complex systems. I’ve supported individuals, leaders, and communities navigating transition with presence, discernment, and alignment.
I have spent a lifetime following curiosity.
Growing up in a military family, constant movement shaped my understanding of change from an early age. It taught me that circumstances are temporary, identities evolve, and a meaningful life requires the capacity to remain present through transition. That perspective continues to inform how I work today.
I am both spiritual and pragmatic, intuitive and systems-aware. I trust embodied knowing and symbolic meaning while remaining fluent in research, leadership, and organizational dynamics.
Over the past two decades, my work has spanned philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, facilitation, and coaching. Earlier in my career, I founded an international apparel company that was later acquired—an experience that offered firsthand insight into growth, transition, and the inner recalibration such moments often require. Today, my work also includes advising and collaborating on complex community challenges, including regional housing systems and collective impact efforts.
Breath and presence have been central threads throughout my life. My exploration began with Pilates teacher training in 2002 and has continued through years of study in embodied awareness, reflective inquiry, and symbolic frameworks. These are not techniques I apply, but ways of listening more carefully—to oneself, to others, and to what is emerging.
I do not offer formulas or prescriptions. Instead, I hold space for clarity to emerge. From that clarity, meaningful change becomes possible.
My work supports individuals and leaders in moving beyond inherited expectations and “shoulds,” reconnecting with their internal authority, and making decisions from alignment rather than obligation. Much of this process involves honoring the quiet grief that accompanies change—the release of identities, roles, or paths that once made sense.
I have a reputation for being a calm, grounded presence in complex moments. I work with a small number of individuals and organizations each year, primarily through referral and invitation. My engagements are intentionally spacious, relational, and deeply personal.
I live in Snowmass, Colorado, where time in the mountains helps me stay attuned to my own rhythm. Outside of my work, I can often be found hiking or Nordic skiing with my standard poodle, Zulu, or enjoying the treasured moments when my teenage daughter agrees to a road trip or a shared afternoon of crafting.

“Working with Allison over the last year has been life-affirming. She's helped me soften my inner critic, reflect on what I really want to invite into my life and, most importantly, given me so much space to just be me… in all my messiness. In this and more ways, she's been an integral part on my journey towards self-love."
