All of you is welcome here.
I work with leaders, organizations, and individuals navigating complexity, transition, and meaningful decisions supporting integrity, clarity, deeper alignment, and grounded action.
My work is shaped by having lived across very different systems of power, scarcity, and leadership. I understand both the corporate machine and the nervous system beneath.
Learn More About Me
Who I Am
A lifetime of following curiosity.
I grew up in a military family, where movement was constant and perpetual change was not an abstract idea but a lived reality. That early experience shaped a lifelong attention to how people adapt, orient, and return to themselves through transition.
My work lives at the intersection of systems thinking, leadership, and embodied presence. I move between strategic environments and quieter forms of attention—between institutions, coalitions, and the interior landscapes where decisions are actually made.
Over the past two decades, I've worked across philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, entrepreneurship, facilitation, and private advisory work. I founded and later sold an international apparel company, have moderated public conversations and civic dialogue, and now work deeply in housing systems and leadership development.
People often describe my work as direct, embodied, and quietly disruptive. Not because it pushes, but because something begins to shift in how things are seen.
Conversations slow down. Assumptions loosen. New possibilities become visible.
Not only what is composed or certain, but what is forming, uncertain, contradictory, or in motion. There is intelligence in what has not yet settled.
The Work
How I Work
I work with a small number of private advisory clients and select organizational partnerships each year, primarily through referral and invitation.
Private Group Experiences
Small, curated gatherings for reflection, regulation, and connection—breathwork, intuitive practices, tarot-based inquiry, and seasonal gatherings in private homes, retreats, or organizations.
Public Breathwork Sessions
Open group sessions supporting release, grounding, and return to the body. Simple, spacious practices where people can return to themselves without performance or expectation.
Private Advisory
A six to nine month container for leaders navigating transition, complexity, or meaningful decision points. We meet in rhythm rather than on a fixed cadence.
Civic & Organizational Work
For coalitions, nonprofits, and leaders inside complex public systems—supporting teams in seeing patterns, aligning strategy with lived reality, and moving through complexity with coherence.
Private Advisory
A sustained relationship over time.
A six to nine month advisory container for leaders and individuals navigating transition, complexity, or meaningful decision points. The work is shaped as much by what unfolds between conversations as by the conversations themselves.
Opening Deep-Dive
A conversation to map the terrain you are in—what is present, what is forming, what matters most.
Ongoing 1:1 Sessions
Up to two sessions per month, depending on need and phase of work. Space for insight to surface and integrate between conversations.
Optional Midpoint Intensive
A longer immersion away from daily pace to see the larger pattern of what is unfolding.
Closing Integration
A final conversation and light-touch reflection to honor what has shifted and what continues to move.

A 12-week intensive container is also available for shorter cycles of focused inquiry, offered by invitation when timing and readiness align.
Civic & Organizational Systems Work
For those working inside complex public systems.
Strategic Advisory
I support teams and leaders in seeing patterns across stakeholders, aligning strategy with lived reality, and moving through complexity with greater coherence often in places where housing, land, and community futures are being negotiated in real time. Available as a long-term retainer engagement.
Speaking & Convening
Conversations and gatherings that open new ways of seeing leadership, systems, and ourselves within them. Speaking engagements, facilitated dialogues, retreats, and curated spaces for collective reflection in rooms, on stages, and occasionally outdoors, where thinking expands.
What People Experience
Something shifts. Hard to name, easy to recognize.
People often describe leaving with something shifted. They notice themselves speaking with more integrity. Making decisions with less internal friction and more discernment. Sensing more clearly what no longer fits, without needing to justify it.
There is often a softening around effort and a strengthening around trust in their own knowing. What once felt dense begins to feel more spacious.
"Before working with Allison, I was struggling with my path and wondering if my dreams were possible. After our time together, I am now asking myself, 'What can't I do?' Allison gives her clients the audacity to believe anything is possible."

Group Sessions
Bespoke experiences for groups, families, and retreats.
Private group sessions are available by request. Whether for a family, a team, or a retreat, these gatherings are shaped around what is most alive and needed in the room.
These spaces often include breathwork, intuitive practices, tarot-based inquiry, and seasonal gatherings. They take place in private homes, on retreats, or within organizations.
Many people first encounter this work in a group setting—and find their way into deeper, private work from there.
An Invitation
Sometimes the next step is simply a conversation.
Private Work
I work with a small number of individuals each year through longer-term advisory containers designed for depth, reflection, and meaningful change.
Organizational Partnerships
I selectively partner with leaders and organizations navigating complex civic work, especially where strategy, systems, and lived experience intersect.
Conversation
If something here resonates, I invite you to reach out. No performance required. Just presence, and whatever is true for you right now.
